Foundation Part 1 – Coming Home to Self
A deep reset of your inner world. Learn to dissolve emotional constructs, regulate your nervous system, and activate the natural intelligence of your heart. This level is for personal healing, integration, and awakening. It’s the doorway into your authentic self.
Foundation Part 2 – Healing with the Body
Become a certified Connected Heart Massage™ practitioner. This level is for those ready to explore healing through touch, embodiment, and deep physical presence. It builds on the foundations of Level One A, bringing the work into the tissues, fascia, and nervous system.
Level Two: Practitioner – Holding Others in the Field
Become a certified Connected Heart Therapy™ practitioner. Learn how to offer intuitive body-based sessions that combine somatic awareness, massage techniques, and energetic resonance. You’ll be trained to gently guide others through emotional release, pain relief, and nervous system recalibration — without force, and with complete presence.
Level Three: Master Facilitator – Teaching the Work
For those called to lead, to teach, and to share the knowledge.
At this level, you become a lineage-holder, empowered to train new practitioners and deepen the reach of Connected Heart Therapy™. You’ll receive mentorship in group facilitation, energy dynamics, and how to build spaces that initiate lasting transformation. You’ll embody the method — not just teach it.
