Our practitioners aren't just trained professionals—they're individuals who've walked the path from illness to wellness, from fragmentation to wholeness. Each brings a unique combination of professional expertise and personal experience. Some came from traditional medical backgrounds, others from alternative healing practices, but all share one common thread: they've experienced the transformative power of Connected Heart Therapy first-hand.
We don't claim to be miracle workers. We're witnesses to the body's remarkable capacity for healing when given the right conditions. Our role is to create those conditions, to hold space for your transformation, and to guide you through the process with expertise born of both training and lived experience.
Ashley created Connected Heart Therapy in 2023.
He specialises in emotional and neurological coherence, somatic unwinding and helping people to reconnect with their authentic self. His work combines presence, science, intuition and grounded energetic awareness to guide clients into deep transformation.
In 2025 he translated the therapy into a group workshop and the results are equally profound.
He has now developed a training program to teach others how to provide this new therapeutic experience to others. To extend the reach of this transformational work.
